Refund policy

Every item is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Lost package: if tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we'll help.

Cancellations: contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once production starts, orders can't be cancelled.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
