1. Parties

Buyer: The person who places an order on loudsectionco.com, with the name, address, email and phone number entered at checkout.
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer through loudsectionco.com, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. Products, price and payment
The product name, color, size, quantity, unit price, shipping fee, taxes and total amount are shown on the product page, at checkout and in the order confirmation email, and form part of this agreement. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is taken by credit or debit card through a licensed payment provider at the time of the order. Card details are never stored by the Seller.
4. Production and delivery
Every item is printed on demand after the order is placed. Production usually takes 1–3 business days and delivery within the United States usually takes 2–5 business days after production. Delivery is made to the address entered by the Buyer, and a tracking number is sent by email when the order ships. Delivery is completed no later than 30 days from the order date; if this is not possible the Buyer is informed and may cancel for a full refund.
5. Right of withdrawal, returns and cancellation
Cancellations can be requested within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced free of charge or fully refunded when reported within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. Where mandatory law grants the Buyer a right of withdrawal, the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason by contacting info@loudsectionco.com; refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. 6. Seller's obligations
The Seller delivers the product as described, in sound condition and with the information required by law, and is responsible for defective products under applicable law.
7. Buyer's obligations
The Buyer confirms that the information entered at checkout is correct and that they have read the product details, the preliminary information and this agreement before placing the order.
8. Disputes
For Buyers in Türkiye, complaints may be filed with the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the limits set by the Ministry of Trade. For other Buyers, mandatory consumer protection rules of the Buyer's country of residence remain applicable.
9. Effect
By placing an order the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this agreement. The agreement is stored electronically and a copy is available on request.

2. Konu
Bu sözleşme, Alıcı'nın loudsectionco.com üzerinden sipariş ettiği ürünlerin satışı ve teslimine ilişkin tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenler.
3. Ürün, fiyat ve ödeme
Ürünün adı, rengi, bedeni, adedi, birim fiyatı, kargo ücreti, vergiler ve toplam tutar ürün sayfasında, ödeme sayfasında ve sipariş onay e-postasında yer alır ve bu sözleşmenin parçasıdır. Fiyatlar ABD doları (USD) cinsindendir. Ödeme, sipariş anında lisanslı bir ödeme kuruluşu aracılığıyla kredi veya banka kartıyla alınır. Kart bilgileri Satıcı tarafından saklanmaz.
4. Üretim ve teslimat
Tüm ürünler sipariş sonrası baskılanır. Üretim genellikle 1–3 iş günü, ABD içi teslimat üretimden sonra genellikle 2–5 iş günü sürer. Teslimat Alıcı'nın belirttiği adrese yapılır ve kargo takip numarası e-posta ile gönderilir. Teslimat, sipariş tarihinden itibaren en geç 30 gün içinde yapılır; mümkün olmazsa Alıcı bilgilendirilir ve siparişi iptal ederek ödemesinin tamamını geri alabilir.
5. Cayma hakkı, iade ve iptal
Üretim başlamadan, sipariş verildikten sonraki 12 saat içinde iptal talep edilebilir. Hasarlı, kusurlu veya yanlış gönderilen ürünler, teslimden itibaren 30 gün içinde fotoğrafla bildirildiğinde ücretsiz yenilenir veya bedeli tamamen iade edilir. Kanunun Alıcı'ya cayma hakkı tanıdığı durumlarda Alıcı, teslimden itibaren 14 gün içinde gerekçe göstermeden info@loudsectionco.com adresine bildirerek cayma hakkını kullanabilir; ödeme, cayma bildiriminden itibaren 14 gün içinde aynı ödeme yöntemine iade edilir. 6. Satıcının yükümlülükleri
Satıcı, ürünü tanıtıldığı şekilde, sağlam ve kanunun öngördüğü bilgilerle teslim etmekle ve ayıplı ürünlerden mevzuat çerçevesinde sorumlu olmakla yükümlüdür.
7. Alıcının yükümlülükleri
Alıcı, ödeme sayfasında girdiği bilgilerin doğru olduğunu ve sipariş öncesinde ürün bilgilerini, ön bilgilendirmeyi ve bu sözleşmeyi okuduğunu kabul eder.
8. Uyuşmazlıklar
Türkiye'deki Alıcılar, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın belirlediği parasal sınırlar dahilinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetlerine veya Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvurabilir. Diğer Alıcılar için ikamet ettikleri ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları saklıdır.
9. Yürürlük
Alıcı, siparişi vermekle bu sözleşmeyi okuduğunu ve kabul ettiğini onaylar. Sözleşme elektronik ortamda saklanır ve talep halinde bir kopyası gönderilir.
