Because every item is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
Lost package
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we'll help.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
